Oil/water separator is required wherever there is the risk
of hydrocarbon pollutants causing contamination at the point
of discharge. We offer separators with a range of flow rates
and performance classifications to EN858 in full retention
or bypass configurations.
Many interceptors are made of GRP or PVC, which require a
reinforced concrete slab, progressive filling with water and
progressive encasement in concrete as backfilling proceeds.
This is a slow and expensive method of installation. Our interceptors
are manufactured from structurally competent precast concrete
and are normally installed on a bed of cl804 stone. We have
no particular backfill specification. Our service includes
delivery to site and placement in position by the delivery
vehicle crane. The result is considerable savings in time
and materials to the end user.
Separators can be designed and built to special order where
unusual site constraints or unusual target materials exist.
